  National Treasure: Book of Secrets

The cast of the movie, National Treasure (Second of the series), includes Nicolas Cage, Voight, Diane Kruger, Ed Harris and Helen Mirren. It is a fiction movie.

The story of the movie National Treasure goes in the way that Mount Rushmore was only carved out in order to hide the landmarks that point out to a city mostly seen in fables which was made of gold and built inside this mountain. Those people that knew about this information were a secret society, which were called as the Knights of the Golden Circle. Again, they were the same people that tracked down the buried treasure behind this Mount Rushmore mount. There is this FBI agent and Benjamin Franklin Gates (Nicolas Cage) and his father (John Voight), who are quite famous. However, they never tell it to each other that they both were involved in this strange kind of similar adventure. They both face several difficulties during that adventure but the heroes of this film have extraordinary good luck. There are also several other uncanny happenings that take place in the movie before the climax arrives.

The movie National Treasure is not logical and several things happen in the movie that has no or little correlation between them. It is criticized by expert of being a Mouth Agape Movie, during which the viewer’s mouth opens wide in astonishment at one irrelevant event after another. Again, a viewer cannot expect any logic and plausibility from this movie. The movie has terrific and absolutely unbelievable special effects.

Critics have said that the movie National Treasure has an illogical plot full of twists and turns. Again, the movie does not play tennis without using a net but plays without totally stupid without even a ball or a racket. The movie’s story spins on its own without giving any clue to the viewer.
