TRON LEGACY: The Most Belated Sequel

Tron legacy is a forthcoming action and science-fiction movie. The movie is a sequel of the 1982 flick, Tron. The movie stars Garrett Hedlund, Bruce Boxleitner, Jeff Bridges, Olivia Wilde and Michael Sheen. Steven Lisberger is the producer of this wonderful film and it has been directed by Joseph Kosinki. At this moment, Kosinki is currently set to helm "The Black Hole" remake as well.

Shooting for Tron Legacy began in Vancouver, British Columbia. Stage shooting was done at the South Burnaby's Canadian Motion Picture Park Studio. The entire movie is filmed in 3-D and it is filmed using stop motion capture. Electronic music duo Daft Punk has composed the film score. The film is going to be presented in the Disney Digital 3D along with IMAX 3D.

In the movie, Sam Flynn a techno savvy individual of 27 years in age. He tries to find out his missing father and eventually ends up in a world filled with fierce programs along with a number of gladiatorial games. His father was already living there for the past 25 years. The movie is a story of life and death voyage in a virtually stunning cyber universe, by the two along with Kevin's confidant Quorr.

The film is getting pushed as the sequel and not as a remake, which makes it the most belated sequel in the history of Hollywood industry. Tron legacy will be available in theatres on December 17, 2010. This movie will be releasing head to head with another one of the season's awaited movie from Warner Bros. Family Entertainment, Yogi Bear.
