The Spy Next Door: Seems like Another Pacifier
This New Year will feature a near almost similar comedy, action and family flick as to the Pacifier. This movie named The Spy Next Door will be hitting the US theaters on January 15, 2010 and it has already been popular in the movie meters with a 30 percent popularity hike. This movie is directed by Brian Levant and has been helped by the screenplay writers, James Greer and Jonathan Bernstein. Relativity Media has been the main distributor and the Production House behind this movie.
The Spy Next Door has the main attraction in the form of Jackie Chan, who would be playing an ex CIA spy. He has to face the most challenging and unconventional task of handling his girlfriend's three kids, who are not at all acquainted with their new caretaker. The drama continues with one of the kids downloading by accident a secret formula and thus, invites Chan's longtime past arch rival, Russian terrorist into the household. It represents the near exact kind of plot, as that of the Pacifier and so there must be something unconventional or interesting.
Jackie Chan (Bob Ho) is back after quite a while and would be the main attraction and some of the other cast of The Spy Next Door includes Amber Valetta, Will Shadley, Madeline Carroll, Magnus Scheving, Alina Foley, Lucas Till, Katherine Boecher, Troy Brenna, George Lopez, and many more. The concept is all the same and the plot as well and most people would think that this is just The Pacifier in another form with spying being easier than babysitting and hence this film must have something unique in it.
The Spy Next Door thus has been on a 30 percent popularity rise in the movie meters where much of the interest is to check out the uniqueness that would separate this comedy, action and family flick from the others that Hollywood have produced and especially the Pacifier.
