How to train your Dragon: Beginning of a New Life

How to train your dragon is a computer animated movie by DreamWorks animation. Chris Sanders and Dean Deblois are directing this upcoming animated feature. It is based on the book How to Train Your Dragon published in 2003. The voice talent of Christopher Mintz Plasse, Jonah Hill, America Ferra, Gerard Butler and Jay Baruchel are starred in the movie. After the movie Superbad in 2007, Christopher and Jonah Hill would be working together for the second time.

The action comedy movie revolves around the mythical world of wild Dragons and Viking. A Viking Teenager Hiccup (Jay Baruchel), who lives on the island of Berk, where fighting dragons is must for one's survival. Hiccup's father (Gerard Butler), the chief of the tribe does not like Hiccup's attitude because of his offbeat sense of humor. Whereas Hiccup doesn't exactly fit in with his long lasting traditions of heroic dragon slayers and he ends up befriending the dragon. Then his life changes upside down when his dragon friend challenges him and his fellow Viking to see the world from an entirely unusual outlook.

Initially the original novel was followed strictly but then altered about in mid of movie. Chris Sanders and Dean Debolis took over as co-director of the movie and changed the characters as per the demand of the story. Strong marketing plans are followed for screening of the movie as the trailers were released prior to showing of Christmas carol and the film was supposed to be heavily promoted during Olympics 2010. Video game of the same name will also be launched in market soon by Activision to attract kids.

Release of the movie is in March, 2010 and anxiously waited by kids as there was no animated movie release lately.
